Veronica Blake-Greenaway, Esq.
Veronica Blake-Greenaway is the founder of Employment Compliance Strategies, LLC® (“ECS”) a national consulting firm. Upon her passing, Yvette Gibbons agreed to provide continuity for ECS’s current clients and provide excellent services to ECS’s new clients.
VERONICA BLAKE-GREENAWAY, ESQ., was an in-house employment counsel with over twenty-five years of experience. ECS specializes in avoiding litigation of employment claims through conducting internal investigations, training, promulgation of practical employment rules and alternative dispute resolution. ECS helps companies avoid costly employment litigation by achieving and maintaining compliance with the entire panoply of employment laws affecting the workplace. In those instances where employment disputes arise, ECS’s investigative services are available to help quickly investigate and assess these claims in-house before third parties become involved. As a third-party neutral, ECS preserves outside counsel’s role in the subsequent defense of the matter, should litigation ensue. If dispute resolution is appropriate, ECS can serve as a neutral third party.
